Agreement
These terms cover your use of this website and orders placed with Hanei Solutions LLC ("Hanei," "we"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Prices
Prices on this site are per case, in US dollars, and do not include sales tax or any delivery fee. Prices can change without notice. A quote or a calculator estimate is not an offer; the price on your order confirmation is the price you pay.
Orders
Sending your list is a request for a quote, not an order. An order exists once we confirm it with you by phone, text, or email. Products are subject to availability; we contact you before substituting anything.
Delivery
We deliver throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, and arrange delivery to Jacksonville and other areas by request. There is no minimum order in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties; outside them, any minimum depends on the city and is confirmed before you order. Delivery days and times are estimates. Someone should be available to receive the order, and you should check it on arrival.
Payment
We send a formal invoice with each order. Payment is due in 15 days by ACH, Zelle, check, or cash.
Damaged or missing items
Tell us about damaged, missing, or wrong items as soon as you find them and we will make it right.
Storage
When we hold overflow stock for you, we store it in our facility and deliver it as you request.
Product information
Photos show the product type and may differ in small details from what ships. Case counts and sizes are as listed on the confirmed order.
Use of this site
You may use this site to browse products and request quotes for your business. You may not misuse it, interfere with it, or copy its content for resale. The Hanei name, logo, photos, and text belong to Hanei Solutions LLC.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Hanei is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute goes to the courts of Broward County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies to orders confirmed after that date.
