Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties. Outside those counties, minimums depend on the city, and we confirm them before you order.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. For Jacksonville and other areas, contact us and we arrange delivery based on your location, order size, and how often you order.

How fast does an order arrive?

Next-day delivery in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Outside those areas, delivery usually arrives the same week, depending on your location.

How do I place an order and pay?

Open an account through our account form, then send your purchase order. We send a formal invoice with payment details. Payment is due in 15 days by ACH, Zelle, check, or cash.

Can I try a product before I switch?

We offer samples of the products you're interested in. Call, text, or email us to set them up.

Can you match what I buy now?

Our goal is to save you money. Send your list or a recent invoice. If we can't beat your current price, we'll match it.

Can you hold a bulk order for me?

Yes. Running low on storage? We keep your bulk order in our warehouse and release it on your schedule.
